Leluxe-champagne.co.uk is a website published by Your Personal Organizer trading as Le Luxe, located at 32 Grande Rue des Côtes, 51290 Sainte-Marie-du-Lac-Nuisement. These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all adults using the Leluxe-champagne.co.uk site. In accordance with article L3342-1 of the French Public Health Code, the sale of alcoholic beverages to minors is prohibited. All orders are reserved for adults over the age of 18. Alcohol abuse is dangerous to health and alcohol should be consumed in moderation.
Article 1 – Application of the general sales conditions
These general sales conditions (hereinafter “GTC”) apply to all sales of products (hereinafter “the Products”) by Le Luxe through its Internet store, by telephone and by e-mail.
They are available to the Customer on the home page of the website leluxe-champagne.com
The placing of an order implies the full acceptance by the Customer of these GTC, which apply to the exclusion of any other document such as prospectuses, catalogs or mailings issued by Le Luxe and which have only indicative value.
Any amendment to these GTC will apply only to sales concluded after the date of amendment, the latter being indicated at the top of the GTC and on the order receipt notice sent to the Customer.
Le Luxe reserves the right, for any new customer, to ask him for proof of identity and address, before the final validation of his first order.
Article 2 – Content of the order
The order must strictly comply with the offer as published on the site and, in particular, with the formats, quantities offered and due dates.
Article 3 – Order steps
The order assumes the prior knowledge by the Customer of these GTC, the price and the essential characteristics of the Products chosen, available on the site.
The products are added to the shopping cart, after which the Customer shares the requested information needed to complete the sale. In doing so, the Customer shall ensure that no information essential to the proper performance of the delivery, such as any building access code, is omitted.
The Customer is identified by his e-mail address and his personal password.
The customer accepts the order by clicking “confirm” after choosing the payment terms and entering the requested information to make it possible, in the areas provided. Acceptance is then final, subject only to the possible exercise of the right of withdrawal described in below.
Article 4 – Right of withdrawal
The seller reserves the right to refuse any order:
- Of a customer with whom there is an ongoing dispute
- more than 90 liters of wine (including up to 60 liters of sparkling wine) by a person in one or more orders during a month
- a customer who ordered more than one bottle of the same reference during a 4-month period with the words “Limited to a maximum of one bottle per customer” on the product sheet
Le Luxe will confirm the order to the Customer by e-mail with a summary of it.
Article 5 – Cancellation of the order
Cancellation of the order In accordance with the law, the consumer has a cooling-off period of 14 full days. Within this period, consumers do not have to justify the cancellation of their order and will be refunded once the goods are returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. The consumer is solely responsible for return shipping costs.
Article 6 – Terms of payment
All prices are indicated in euros including all taxes (including VAT); delivery charges are not included. Delivery charges are automatically calculated at the time of ordering. Leluxe-champagne.com accepts various payment methods, more about payment options can be found at shipping & payment.
Article 7 – Secure online payments
The Leluxe-champagne.com site is equipped with a secure payment system via Mollie’s server. When making payments, Internet users are automatically redirected to Mollie.co.uk. At no time does Leluxe-champagne.co.uk have access to the customer’s bank details and therefore cannot make subsequent payments from the customer’s bank account using their bank card number.
Article 8 – Fraud prevention
Leluxe-champagne.com reserves the right to request confirmation of your identity for any order over one hundred and fifty (150) euros. If you do not respond within three (3) days, Leluxe-champagne.com reserves the right to cancel the order.
Article 9 – Promotion
Discounts and promotions cannot be combined and are limited to one time per household (same name, same address).
Promotion codes cannot be combined: only one code can be used per transaction.
Article 10 – Personal data.
In accordance with the Law on Computing, Databases and Civil Liberties of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, correct and refuse personal data relating to you. To do so, you must notify Leluxe-champagne.co.uk by email at: contact@Leluxe-champagne.nl. Your login and password are strictly confidential and give you access to your Personal Space and your orders. Leluxe-champagne.com cannot be held liable if your login details are used by a third party.
Article 11 – Applicable law – assignment of jurisdiction
Any relationship between Le Luxe and the Customer is governed by French law. Le Luxe customer service is at your disposal to resolve amicably any problem arising from an order and its fulfillment. If it is impossible to reach an agreement, all disputes arising from the execution of an order or the interpretation of these GTC, and more generally of agreements of any kind concluded between the parties, will be submitted to the competent courts.
