Returning
Of course, we always strive for complete customer satisfaction.
Because of our fair price – service – quality ratio, we therefore also have few returns.
How can I return something?
Should it still be the case that the delivered item is not quite what you expect of it, you can return it under the following conditions:
- Return of an item should always take place in consultation with Le Luxe Champagne. Therefore, always contact us in advance if you wish to return an item.
- Customized cq. personalized items may never be returned.
- Returns are only possible within 14 days. This period begins on the day the order is shipped. After registering your return, you have another 14 days to return all or part of your order.
- Please register your return at contact@leluxe-champagne.nl o.v.v. returns.
- A return is at the buyer’s expense and risk. This means that we are not liable for damage or loss of a return.
- Items must be packed in their original packaging. Also, we can only accept unopened packages.

France - A copy of the invoice must be attached to the return shipment. On this invoice you should clearly state which item you are returning. You can download the invoice in your account under “order history”.
- If you were entitled to a discount due to the purchase amount, it is possible that the purchase amount may fall below a certain discount scale due to the return. As a result, some or all of the discount may be forfeited. This will be deducted from the credit.
- In case of return, you will receive a refund from us. We deposit this amount to the account number known to us.
