Champagnes

The Champagne house H.Baty offers a wide range of champagnes made from the three prominent grape varieties of Champagne: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The aging of the champagnes receives special attention; each champagne has spent at least 4 years in the cellar.

The champagne collection, created by Romain and Hugues, has a low alcohol content, averaging 12%. This is a conscious decision by both gentlemen to offer champagnes that are low in alcohol but rich in aroma. As a result, within Champagne H. Baty’s assortment you will find a wide range of cuvées to suit all tastes, ranging from Blanc de Blancs extra brut to Brut Rosé and the Brut Tradition. Don’t forget the vintage Champagne with its woody notes, thanks to aging in oak barrels, and the Eloges cuvée , made from the oldest vines of Bassuet “les loges”, which has aged 6 years in the cellar.
